dialysis fluid
a carefully controlled liquid used in dialysis that contains normal levels of glucose and ions but no urea, allowing waste substances to diffuse out of the blood
kidney transplant
a surgical procedure in which a healthy kidney from a donor is placed into a patient with kidney failure
dialysis
medical treatment that uses a machine to remove urea, excess ions and excess water from the blood when the kidneys are not working properly
