UX Designer

As a UX Designer in the UK, your primary role is to ensure that digital products and services (like websites, apps, or software) are easy, enjoyable, and efficient for people to use. You'll be the advocate for the end-user, striving to create experiences that meet their needs and solve their problems. This career involves a blend of research, design, and testing. You might start by conducting user research, interviewing potential users, and analysing data to understand their behaviours and motivations. From there, you'll develop user personas, create user journeys, and sketch wireframes or prototypes to visualise design solutions. Collaboration is key; you'll often work closely with UI designers, developers, product managers, and marketing teams to bring your designs to life, iterating and refining them based on feedback and usability testing.
