Sales Assistant

A sales assistant works in retail environments such as shops, supermarkets, or department stores, helping customers find products, answering queries, and processing payments at the till. The role involves restocking shelves, keeping the shop floor tidy, and sometimes handling complaints or returns. Good communication skills, patience, and a friendly attitude are important, as sales assistants often represent the face of the business to customers.
