Security Consultant

A security consultant is an expert who helps organisations protect their information, systems, and people from threats such as hacking, data breaches, and physical intrusions. They assess security risks, design and implement security solutions, and advise clients on best practices. Security consultants may work independently, for specialist security firms, or as part of in-house teams for large companies. The role requires strong technical knowledge, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to clients. Duties often include carrying out security audits, analysing vulnerabilities, developing policies, and providing training.
