This might include fixing computers, setting up new devices, or making sure that computer networks work properly. IT Technicians often answer questions from people who need help, so they need to be patient and good at explaining things. They might also help protect computers from viruses and make sure that important files are kept safe. IT Technicians are very important because so many jobs and schools use computers every day.
