Residential Care Manager

A residential care manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a care home, ensuring residents receive high-quality care and support. This role involves managing staff, handling budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and liaising with families and external agencies. Residential care managers often work with elderly people, those with physical or learning disabilities, or individuals with mental health needs. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of safeguarding and care standards.
